    Club60 Presents…

    ..a leap year spectacular starring
Unsung National Heroes, sieben & Pip Moujntjoy
    at the Greystones, Sheffield.

Celebrating the release of the debut Unsung National Heroes album (available here), recorded at our gaff, we’re promoting a night at one of Sheffield’s best live venues. It’s also a blinding pub with great ales.

    Pip Mountjoy

Starting the evening off is singer/songwriter Pip Mountjoy.  A 17 year old hailing from Richmond, North Yorkshire this girl can sing!  Currently part of the BBC Introducing campaign we recommend you take this opportunity to witness something special.

    sieben

Next off we will showcase the mighty sieben. Matt Howden appears on the Unsung National Heroes album and is a well known friend with Cowling Wolf. His latest album “No Less Than All” has just been released and we love his work. If you have never witnessed a live sieben show then we can only but recommend – it’s breathtaking. Taking it to another level!

‘The launch of Club60‘s singles club felt like a double celebration: the re-opening of Shakespeare‘s and the launch of a local label that pursues the creation of music through analogue media.’

‘The city that now shows how its heart pounds and rises its voice is Sheffield, and its statement comes stringed with four hearts better known as The Don Genes, oblONG, Black Cat White Cat and Michael Eden, and the word that touched my mind after listening to this mini compilation is: Freedom.’

Music & arts blog Sloucher have written a great review (with pics) of our Singles Club promotional night…

“After a few years of effort, Club 60 is now releasing a series of singles, starting with two 7″ vinyls.
